François Dumeaux - également connu sous le nom de druc drac - (ex familha Artús, ex Shapeless, ex [alveol], ex La Theory du Reptil...) & Nicolas Godin - également connu sous le nom de Shape2 - (membre de familha Artús, et ex Shapeless, ex Peggy Lux, ex Overflow.inc... cofondateur de Stomoxine avec eOLe) ont commencé à jouer ensemble au sein du groupe noise psychédélique Shapeless à Agen à la fin des années 90. Accompagnés par Fran "Love" Cunistar (aussi membre de Phoneyusa sur Stomoxine et ancien Peggy Lux) à la guitare, ils pratiquent l'improvisation aussi bien en studio que sur scène.

Une dizaine d'année plus tard, François Dumeaux & Nicolas Godin se retrouvent à la campagne avec des guitares, un piano, une cithare, des percussions, des synthés, des ordinateurs, un poste radio et des microphones. Du 20 au 25 juin 2011, tout est enregistré et mixé dans la foulée. Le résultat : un tryptique d'albums intitulé Piriforme, mêlant krautrock, electronica, post-rock, noise, ambient... Chacun des trois albums sortira simultanément sur Stomoxine records, Pagans et Tyto Alba.

François Dumeaux - a.k.a. druc drac - (former familha Artús, Shapeless, [alveol], La Theory du Reptil...) & Nicolas Godin - a.k.a. Shape2 - (familha Artús & former Shapeless, Peggy Lux, Overflow.inc... cofounder of Stomoxine rec w. eOLe) began to play together in the noise psychedelic band named Shapeless in Agen in the late 90's. With Fran"Love"Cunistar (also member of Phoneyusa on Stomoxine and former Peggy Lux...) playing the guitar, they used to make improvisation in studio as well as on stage.

A decade later, François Dumeaux & Nicolas Godin met once again in the country side with guitars, piano, zither, percussions, synths, computers, a radio and some microphones. From the 20th to the 25th of june 2011, the whole thing is recorded and mixed. The result : A triptych entitled piriforme, mixing krautrock, electronica, post-rock, noise, ambient... Each album will be available simultaneously on Stomoxine records, Pagans and Tyto Alba.
